She just opened her eyes today. Am sure the bright morning sunlight was a bit of a shock to her, from her shaded room as we've got high temperatures on the go right now. Thanks to Penny (Ruffleith) for helping with the pic taking - don't ya just wanna mush with that face!
Adorbable in a smooshy way. Funny to see the nose not quite as lean and long as I'm used to seeing in a sheltie. Have a question as I look at your only (does she have a name yet?) How will little miss be socialized without littermates? Any chance of her becoming a spoiled brat because she's an only?
She'll go thru a lot of changes. She's got a nick name of YoYo as mom Chinook wanted to carry/move her around the 1st 2 days! Drove us nuts. We've raised more than one singleton, yes more work in socializing, and they do get spoiled :)
We, myself and my husband Michael share our lives with several shelties now. It has been a 24/7 labour of love for many years, however downsizing and switching gears has now come to pass.
